Submitting an application does not create an enrollment. Enrollment is completed when tuition or an approved payment plan is accepted and the required agreements are signed.

The Certified AI Business Transformation Specialist™ credential is a professional training certificate issued by AI Capital Academy. It is not a government license, college degree, legal credential, employment guarantee, income guarantee, or promise of business results.

Participants may reference the credential accurately and may not imply accreditation, licensure, or endorsement that has not been granted.

Participants are responsible for complying with applicable professional, contractual, privacy, security, and industry requirements when advising clients or employers.

Participants agree to complete coursework independently and to sign the professional ethics and responsible-use statement.

Curriculum, workbooks, templates, and assessment materials are the property of AI Capital Academy and are licensed for individual participant use. Redistribution, resale, or cohort delivery without a written agreement is prohibited.

AI Capital Academy may update curriculum, schedules, instructors, and delivery formats to maintain program quality. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
