This curriculum is designed to support workforce review. The program is not automatically approved, endorsed, licensed, funded, or certified by the Texas Workforce Commission. Final eligibility depends on provider status, local board approval, occupational alignment, employer demand, cost reasonableness, performance requirements, and the selected funding pathway.

Cohort administration includes the participant, credential, and employment records commonly requested during contracted occupational training.

Participant Reporting

Enrollment, attendance by clock hour, absences and make-up hours, module completion, assessment scores, and remediation status.

Skill-Gain Documentation

Baseline digital-readiness and AI-literacy assessments compared with applied assignment, capstone, and final assessment results.

Credential Tracking

Credential eligibility, issuance, certificate numbers, verification codes, and revocation or correction status.

Employment Follow-Up

Employment at entry and exit, job title, employer, wage information, and second- and fourth-quarter follow-up records.

Supportive Services

Case notes, accommodation requests, supportive-service referrals, and documented communication history.

Contract Administration
